Sandwiches are eh... I was not impressed at all. Quiznos is much better. I'd much rather find a small local shop, though. & the 2 times I've gone to a Potbelly's, they've had annoying musicians playing so loud, you couldn't talk. I have small children, so that just set them off.

If you're one of the millions of idiots who like Starbucks, you'd probably like this place. It's just as pretentious as Starbucks because it used to be part of the Starbucks family. Lame.
